CJMCU-VEML6070 is an advanced CMOS ultraviolet (UV) light sensor with I2C protocol interface and high dynamic detection accuracy. By integrating signal conditioning ICs, photodiodes, amplifiers and analog / digital circuits in a single chip, the VEML6070 provides excellent measurement capability in a small package size of 2.35x1.8x1.0mm as a handheld device, a wearable device, and a health monitoring and Ideal for fitness equipment.

VEML6070 UV light sensor Contains an 8-bit command register that can be written via the I2C bus. All operations can be controlled by this command register, and its simple command structure allows the engineer to easily program the operation settings and latch the optical data from the sensor. The sensor has a 16-bit resolution that converts the photovoltaic UV sensitivity to digital data, and the active answering function allows the issuance of an ultraviolet index (UVI) alarm signal based on a programmable threshold.

VEML6070 sensor using a 2.7V to 5.5V operating voltage, and the typical rated current of 250μA (power supply mode) and 1μA (standby mode). The sensor can detect the entire spectrum of the UVA and UVB bands (280-400nm) and has a typical power density of 5μW / cm2 / step and a maximum detection capability of 328mW / cm2. The device is RoHS Directive 2002/95 / EC, halogen-free, and lead-free soldering process, making it ideal for a wide range of mobile, lighting and sensor applications including smartphones, digital cameras, industrial equipment and displays.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
